Devin Lee: CCIM
Co-Founder and President
Devin Lee is co-founder and President of Access Commercial Mortgage. Mr. Lee facilitates transactions on behalf of property owners and developers nationwide and also provides private consulting services to those same clients for loan negotiations and distressed asset work-out situations. As President of Access Commercial Mortgage, Mr. Lee is responsible for origination, underwriting, and placement of financing transactions with major national portfolio lenders, Wall-street conduits, life insurance companies, and private lenders. Mr. Lee has been providing commercial real estate financing since 1998. During his ten-year career, Mr. Lee has participated in over $500 million in commercial mortgage transactions.
Mr. Lee earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2005 and completed the Commercial Real Estate Program at the LIED School of Real Estate Studies in 2004. He has been a board member of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter since 2006 and was chapter President for the 2008 calendar year. He also served as a board member of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas in 2008.
Mr. Lee has been a resident of the Las Vegas valley since 1974. He attended the University of San Diego and was a Cum Laude graduate, earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics degree. Mr. Lee has been involved with several local charities including the YMCA and Nathan Adelson Hospice.

Andy Hantges: CCIM
Co-Founder and CEO
Andrew Hantges is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and placement of permanent financing transactions as well as the underwriting and placement of select short-term loans. Over the years Mr. Hantges has worked with numerous property owners, developers, and realtors in providing reliable financing solutions nationwide.
His expertise evolves around the placement of conventional commercial real estate loans for income producing properties and has cultivated relationships with national portfolio lenders, life insurance companies, REIT’s, and private institutions to help serve his clients.
With a proven track record in commercial real estate lending Andrew specializes in offering his clients low interest rate loans for their properties or bridge financing for their underperforming assets.
Andrew has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1976 and graduated from the University of Nevada at Reno with a specialization in Finance & Economics. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation in 2005 and was recently awarded the Southern Nevada Real Estate Monthly’s 2008 Emerging Leader award for Mortgage Banker of the Year. He also completed the Commercial Real Estate Program at the LIED School of Real Estate Studies in 2004.
He currently serves on the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter’s Board of Directors and is affiliated with many other professional organizations including: CALV, CMG, MBA, NAMB, and NAIOP.
Alan "Skip" Canavan:
Director - Hospitality Finance Group
Alan “Skip” Canavan is Vice President of Business Development and is in charge of the Hospitality Finance Group for Access Commercial Mortgage. Skip has 5 plus years of commercial lending experience as both a commercial mortgage loan officer and a bank SBA loan officer. During his career Skip has originated and closed loans in excess of $100 million. With strong relationships within the hospitality industry Skip came to Access to develop our hospitality lending presence.
Skip is a Boston native and attended El Camino College in Torrance, Ca. He is currently a CCIM candidate and has received his CREC certification through the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies at UNLV.
Thomas Barry:
Loan Analyst
Mr. Barry is the Loan Analyst for Access Commercial Mortgage and assists
in the underwriting and placement of both permanent and short-term financing
transactions. Mr. Barry also supports the company in their daily operations
in the areas of accounting, marketing, and licensing.
Prior to joining Access Commercial Mortgage, Mr. Barry served
for 8 years as Project Manager of a large commercial lending institution,
where he assisted in the supervision and servicing of a nearly $1 billion
loan portfolio. While there, he also communicated with borrowers and third
party disbursement companies on a daily basis to facilitate the funding
and repayment of short-term loans.
Mr. Barry has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1975. He is a
graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned a degree
in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics and Finance.
