Devin Lee is Co-founder and Owner of Access Commercial Mortgage. As owner of Access Commercial Mortgage, Mr. Lee oversees all aspects of the Business from a top down level. Mr. Lee has been involved in commercial real estate financing since 1998. During his eighteen-year career, Mr. Lee has participated in over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Lee earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2005 and has been a board member of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter since 2006. He served as chapter President for the 2008 calendar year and also served as a board member of the Commercial Alliance Las Vegas in 2008.
Mr. Lee has been or is currently affiliated with the following professional groups: CCIM Institute, Commercial Marketing Group, Better Business Bureau, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Alliance Las Vegas, NAIOP, Mortgage Bankers Association, Nevada Association of Mortgage Professionals, National Association of Mortgage Professionals, Southern Nevada Multifamily Association and the Northern Nevada Multifamily Association. He is also been involved with several local charities including the YMCA and Nathan Adelson Hospice.
Mr. Lee has been a resident of the Las Vegas valley since 1974. He attended the University of San Diego and was a Cum Laude graduate, earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics degree in 1992.

Montana began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2018 as an Investment Analyst with Access Commercial Mortgage and Northcap Multifamily after graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in finance. His main focus is researching and analyzing market information, along with developing a deep understanding of market activity and statistical trends within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Montana strives to utilize his background in finance to bring an enhanced level of analytical perspective to every deal. His responsibilities include conducting and analyzing research of the local commercial real estate market and leveraging that knowledge for business development.
Originally from Winnipeg, Canada, Montana moved to the United States in 2014 to pursue a college baseball scholarship in Nebraska. When away from the office, he volunteers his time with the CCIM Programs Committee, is outdoors, or is involved in sports.
